Total Delivery Time

The total delivery time is estimated between 6 and 12 business days, including:

1 to 3 business days for order processing (for orders placed before 8:00 PM (Eastern Time – Toronto))

5 to 9 business days for delivery within Canada, depending on your location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can return any clothing item within 14 days of receipt.

To be eligible, items must be in new, unused condition, with no signs of wear, and returned with all original tags and original packaging intact.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of our error or a defective item.

Exchanges are possible, subject to availability, and return shipping costs are also at your expense (unless the item is defective or incorrect).

Once your return is received, the refund will be issued on the day the package is received .

Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
