Refund policy

At Dorevy, we want you to feel completely confident when you shop. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we have made the return process easy for you.

You can request a return within 60 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused , in perfect condition , and accompanied by all original packaging .

There are no restocking fees for returns.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@dorevy.ca and include your order number. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions to return your items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.

If you would like an exchange, we'd be happy to help. Simply contact us with the details of the item you wish to exchange.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days . Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.
