Shipping policy
At Dorevy, we believe that ordering your favorite fashion pieces should be as enjoyable as wearing them. That’s why our delivery process is designed to be simple, reliable, and transparent. Every order is carefully prepared to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, without any unpleasant surprises.
We deliver all orders within Canada and the USA at no extra cost. Currently, we only ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. Each item is carefully packaged before leaving our premises, ready to join your wardrobe.
Processing times
- Orders are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days before shipment.
Delivery times
- Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days.
Estimated total time
- In most cases, your order will arrive within 4 to 9 business days.
Our daily cut-off time for processing orders is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), from Monday to Saturday. This applies to orders placed in both Canada and the United States.
After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, allowing you to track your package in real time until delivery. While we always do our best to meet deadlines, delays can sometimes occur, especially during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or logistical issues. We will keep you informed of any changes to your delivery.
