Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, so most orders arrive within 4–9 business days.
Our daily cut-off time is 4:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), from Monday to Saturday. This applies to orders placed in both Canada and the United States.
Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging.
There are no restocking fees. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend hand washing for all our products.
If using a washing machine, select the "delicate" or "hand wash" cycle to prevent shrinkage or damage to the premium materials.
Air dry only. Do not use a tumble dryer.

Do you ship internationally?
For the time being, we only ship within Canada and the United States. We aim to offer a reliable shopping experience for our customers in these regions. If we expand deliveries to other locations, our community will be informed first.
What is your return policy?
